About Sue A. Moravec
Having the right attorney to represent you makes all the difference when facing the most important decisions that will shape your future.
Practicing family law since 2001, Sue A. Moravec has a passion for helping individuals through some of the most difficult challenges life can bring. Focusing on divorce with dignity, Sue is committed to resolving family issues in a respectful, peaceful environment instead of a tense or adversarial arena, making change easier, faster, and far less painful than it often is. She works to ensure her clients’ lives are enriched, not depleted; so they can be proud of the choices they make for themselves and their families.
Sue is an active member of the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley legal community. She has represented clients in all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, and post-judgment, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, and paternity actions. Sue has also worked to build families through assisted reproduction and adoption. An experienced mediator, Sue helps clients resolve their issues with integrity and respect through an open, inclusive, and cooperative process. She advocates for constructive, rather than destructive, interactions.
Sue has been a volunteer mediator with the Los Angeles Superior Courts for the past 10 years, created and taught the Family Law Procedure and Practice course at Southwestern Law School, and served as an Adjunct Professor teaching Community Property.
